Our homes tell the history of our heritage.
Our ancestors went out from the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming as entertainers in a Wild West traveling show. Our great-great-grandfather restored damaged furniture salvaged from the Frisco Rail Line and sold it on this spot at J.L. Long and Sons Furniture Co., established in 1903.
We love decorating our own spaces with remnants of our relatives and this community we love. Going home is more joyful when you’re surrounded by things that are meaningful to you.
At J.L. Long Traders, we celebrate the communities that have nurtured our family for centuries and brought us to the people and things we love here in the Ozarks. Our artisans bring the history of the things we do and make here into your home.
Welcome to our home.
